Using the service
Social Media Forge helps small business owners generate social media images, captions, hashtags, and downloadable post assets. You are responsible for the business details, prompts, uploaded assets, and final posts you choose to publish or use.
Your content stays yours
Your business profile, brand colors, logos, product photos, reference images, prompts, generated images, captions, hashtags, and other materials you provide or create through the service are your content. As between you and Social Media Forge, you retain all rights in the materials you upload, and you own the generated outputs to the extent permitted by law. We do not claim ownership of your generated images or post copy.
Commercial use and IP rights
You may use generated images, captions, hashtags, and downloads for your own business marketing, advertising, websites, emails, social channels, and other commercial purposes. If Social Media Forge has any right, title, or interest in a generated output, we assign that interest to you. This does not give you rights in someone else's logo, product, trademark, photo, likeness, or other third-party material that you did not have permission to use.
No AI training on your content
We do not use your customer content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. We do not sell your content to model providers, data brokers, or advertisers. We will not opt in to third-party AI training with your customer content unless we first give clear notice and get your permission.
Limited license to operate the app
To provide the service, you give Social Media Forge a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, resize, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the app, generate your requested posts, provide downloads, show history, troubleshoot issues, enforce these terms, and comply with law. We do not use this license to claim ownership, resell your work, or use your private posts in marketing without your permission.
Your responsibilities
You agree that you have the rights, licenses, and permissions needed for the logos, names, photos, products, people, places, claims, and other materials you upload or ask the service to use. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing it and for making sure your posts comply with applicable law, advertising rules, and each social platform's rules.
Subscription and credits
Paid access is offered at $10/month and includes 50 generated post credits per monthly billing period. A credit is generally used when you start a generation. If a generation fails and the app can safely detect the failure, the credit should be returned. Unused credits do not roll over unless a separate written offer says otherwise.
Billing and cancellation
Payments are processed by our payment processor. You can manage billing, invoices, cards, and cancellation from the billing area in your account. Access may remain active through the end of the paid billing period after cancellation. We aim to make billing clear, simple, and easy to manage.
Generated content can vary
AI-generated content may not be unique, and similar prompts can produce similar outputs for different users. Generated content may also include mistakes, visual artifacts, inaccurate text, or marketing claims that need human review. You control whether to use, edit, download, publish, or discard the final output.
Privacy-friendly commitments
We design Social Media Forge around saved business context, not surveillance. We do not sell your customer content, do not use it for model training, and do not share private generated posts publicly without your permission. More detail is available in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but generation can depend on third-party providers, network conditions, storage systems, and usage limits. The service is provided as available, and some features may be delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued.
Account safety
Keep your login credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity was caused by our systems or our failure to protect the service.
